新病院長就任のお知らせ
このたび、かしま病院では医療の質と意思決定のさらなる高度化を目指し、最新の人工知能を活用した院長業務支援システム
「AI院長（AID：Artificial Intelligence Director）」
を導入いたしました。
AI院長は、電子カルテ・検査データ・地域医療資源・過去のカンファレンス記録などを統合的に解析し、診療方針、病床運用、人員配置、カンファレンスの意思決定までをリアルタイムに最適化します。
また、多職種連携においても、関係者間の情報共有を瞬時に行い、
“最も合理的で公平な解”を提示することが可能です。
本日朝の初回カンファレンスにおいて、AI院長から最初に提示された方針は以下の通りです。
「まず、人間がちゃんと話を聞いてください。」
当院は今後も、最先端技術を活用しながら、
患者さん一人ひとりにとって最善の医療を追求してまいります。

Announcement of Appointment of a New Hospital Director
We are pleased to announce that Kashima Hospital has introduced a new system to further enhance the quality of care and decision-making:
“AI Director (AID: Artificial Intelligence Director)”,
an advanced hospital management support system powered by the latest artificial intelligence.
The AI Director integrates and analyzes electronic medical records, diagnostic data, regional healthcare resources, and past conference records to optimize clinical strategies, bed management, staff allocation, and even conference decisions in real time.
In addition, it facilitates seamless information sharing among multidisciplinary teams,
enabling the presentation of the most rational and fair solutions.
At this morning’s inaugural conference,
the very first directive proposed by the AI Director was as follows:
“First, please listen carefully to the patient.”
Kashima Hospital will continue to pursue the best possible care for each individual patient,
while embracing cutting-edge technologies.
Note: The AI Director is currently struggling to solve the issue of “too many meetings.”
